On October 16, 2007 Brian Etter (President) and Jeff Gore (Vice President of Corporate Operations) of HD Supply White Cap presented Engineered Plastics Inc. with the “Vendor of the Year” award.
This prestigious award was presented at the 2007 HD Supply & Vendor Conference in Atlanta Georgia where only 195 top vendors attended by invitation only. Some of the high profile internationally-recognized HD Supply vendors included; 3M Company, EMGLO Products Corp, BOSH, Honda and Sika. The White Cap division represented the largest revenue portion within HD Supply identified by more than a quarter of a million SKU’s.
In his presentation speech Jeff Gore described Engineered Plastics Inc. as a well-managed company, controlling major market share and innovating strategically to seize a greater portion of a growing competitive environment. Brian Etter described the relationship as a successful partnership managed by people who are passionate to achieve uniform goals.
Mr. Ken Szekely (President) and Mr. Ron O’Neill (VP Sales & Marketing) accepted the award on behalf of EPI noting their outstanding achievement for the distinguished efforts of the EPI team.
Each year over the history of our relationship with White Cap and HD Supply we have experienced positive revenue growth and increased market penetration. Again this year we see record sales generating record revenues. As we move to diversify our product line and develop additional business models we will further develop our team skills to maintain our position as leaders in all products lines.
The outlook going forward is for more of the same determination by EPI to lead by product innovation while continuing to “raise the bar” to provide HD Supply White Cap with superior customer service.
