The states in Dark Green have issued a state specific specification by their department of transportation that meets or exceeds the ADAAG minimum requirements for truncated domes and detectable warning surfaces. They may also have a standard approval process for ADA truncated domes and tactile manufacturers who are listed on an approved products list. We are happy to announce that Armor-Tile meet or exceed specifications in these states, therefore listed on the approved products lists and are widely used. |

These states in Light Green have also issued a state specific specification from their respective department of transportation and may also have an approval process for ADA truncated domes and tactile manufacturers, however they do not have an approved products list for referral by contractors and planners. We are happy to announce that Armor-Tile meet or exceed the specifications in these states and are widely used. |

These states in Gray may not have a public specification issued by the state DOT and therefore follow the minimum requirements outlined in the ADA Accessibility guidelines for buildings and facilities (ADAAG). We are happy to announce that Armor-Tile continues to meet or exceed the requirements for ADA truncated domes and detectable warning surfaces as outlined in the federal guidelines. Armor-Tile tactile warning surfaces have been used in all 50 states and are still widely used in these states.
